Reach Day 5 complete!

today was a stretching, yoga, pilates blend to relieve stress and back pain - it actually felt good after a rough day at PT yesterday!

also ive been saying i cant lay on my stomach for any exercises as it hurts but she had me try laying on 2 pillows under my hips for support and it worked, didnt hurt, so that what i did today - not the most glamorous looking cobra but i was able to do it! 💪🏻
