FB Fit R3 - Day 19 Complete!

Today's LB strength workout with Daniel was brutally good! ;) The static holds (repeated!) are killer. The legs felt like noodles after doing the EC Pilates burnout with Kelli - should be feeling those muscles tomorrow. :) A prophylactic, independent stretching routine this evening would be apropo, especially with planned hiking/cycling this weekend.

So far, no major before/after changes with this program other than the usual slow, steady, subtle muscle increase/fat decrease, as experienced with each FB program completed this year. The best results are that scheduling the 30-60 minutes a day to "work out" indoors to rebuild fitness/muscles post-injury has turned into an enjoyable habit, regardless of mood. So, whether the scale/measurements/body composition change any more or not, the most important kind of change has already happened. :D
