Need help

Hi blender family, I started a 5 days challenge Monday and I should be on day 3 today. My problem is that I am working 9 to 7 and won't be home before 7h50 ish, and haven't had supper. Should I train as soon as I get home and then eat or vice versa? Or take today as a rest day and do day 3 tomorrow?
