We have a new workout for you today - Quick But Intense Comprehensive Core Workout.
Sometimes you just want a short workout to get in a little something for your abs, or you want to add some abs work on to another exercise to get that extra burn.
Either way, this workout is quick (but intense) and can easily be used with extra weight to completely torch your core. And if Daniel says, “torch," you know you’re in for a tough routine.
