Hi fitnessblenders, Today was Lower BodyπŸ‘–

(A) The workout contained: πŸ™‚

1) Bridges

2) Calf raises

3) Deadlifts

4) Lunges

5) Squats ,& other lower body excerises

πŸ”ΊοΈ If you read my other post, I don't some of those mention above, do to my "back" and "sciatica issues"πŸ˜•. So, I always modify or do alternative excerises, that target the same muscle group πŸ™‚

(B) Some alternative excerises I do is

1) Single leg deadlift: w/ a medium band & use a 20 lb band w/ handles to under "one" foot to pull the elastic band up & down, as I lift my leg. It's a good burnerπŸ”₯, you will feel it in your glutes

2) Lunges: I do, side Lying Leg Lift w/ a medium band

3) Bridges: To add an extra burnπŸ’₯, I do single leg bridges w/ a medium band loop & a 20 lb band w/ handles, on top of "one" foot, to pull the elastic band up & down
