Covid Long Haulers and Exercise

Hey all, I got covid in March and am still recovering, I have been able to workout this entire time and kept up with my routine of waking up early and working out. My workouts are sluggish, but they made me feel good mentally so I kept going.

However, I am not getting better, I have bad brain fog, metal taste in my mouth, pressure in my head, tiredness, sore muscles off and on, pain in my hands and feet...I am wondering should I cut out my workouts and rest instead? I am scared to "give in" to the illness, but I don't want to drag my recovery on any longer either. Working out has also been good for me mentally...

Anyone go through this? Have any tips or encouragement for me? I would love to hear a positive story of someone who eventually made a full recovery. Thanks.
