The hot, humid weather made today's combination UB strength workout with Kelli more challenging, so skipped the EC with Daniel.
This particular UB strength workout is a favorite for the combination functional and traditional strength exercises which target multiple upper body muscles simultaneously. It's a feel-good workout that leaves the arms feeling well-used!
Not particularly looking forward to tomorrow's HIIT+core workout with Daniel, especially since the majority of the HIIT are jumping lunges, star jumps, pop squats, burpees, and others which the injury can't handle yet. So, tomorrow might be a swap with a different core workout with knee-friendly HIIT exercises.
