Monday Quick Sweat!

Oh mannnn Tasha’s new HIIT workout was perfect for today! I had a ton of work to get done today, and I also have family in town. I didn’t have much time to get in a workout, so I squeezed in Tasha’s new HIIT video on my lunch break. (Because I didn’t have a lot of time and I reallllly wanted to sweat and get my HR up, I subbed in jump squat/ankle taps for the up downs, and I subbed in crisscross thigh slap jumps for the walk downs - I also did this because I didn’t want moves that out too much pressure on my shoulders today)

I was super sweaty and grateful afterwards! Happy Monday!
