Week 23- evaluation

Last week I wrote that I wanted to be at grade 4- by the end of the month. I need to change that to 4+, because I reached 4- last sunday. I topped the boulder that I couldn't do last week and that ripped open my calluses. It is in an overhang, so takes a lot of core strength.. Needless to say, I was pretty pleased with myself.

Foodwise I am eating okay, not great. I have been eating plenty of fruit, so that is going okay. Water intake is fine, it is hot here at the moment.

For everyone having a hard time with motivation or giving it their all during workouts, remember this:
