FB Fit R3 - Day 12 Complete!

Today was an ascending reps pilates flow with Kelli which definitely burned by the end. Each round felt both more doable and more challenging and the burn kept coming (in a good way!).

If you thought arm circles were tough - Kelli's super-slow leg circles make arm circles feel so easy! ;)

Barely had time to for the cool down and stretch before heading out, and feeling those inner thighs still need some extra stretching after Monday's challenging LB static holds strength workout with Daniel, lol!

Today's workout plus more walking than usual today are a good excuse to add a short stretching routine tonight to keep things limber. And tomorrow's PNF stretching workouts should be just the thing to help.
