Long Stretching Programs

I really love the stretching programs where stretches are held for a longer period of time - 30 - 40 seconds. While I was doing one tis morning I realized that I was holding tension in my jaw. Clenching my teeth, and straining a little while stretching. I began to concentrate on relaxing my face letting my mouth sort of hang open and making circular motions with my lower jaw, while taking deep breaths. I think a lot of us have the same tendency to hold tension in facial muscles. I think that might be a factor for people who experience Temporomandibular Joint Disorders. Suggestion from the leader, mostly Kelli with the long stretches, to allow your jaw to relax and sag open would really be helpful.
