Get in my Belly! Fiber, Protein and Bits of Sweetness

We all know time is of the essence so here is a quick, hearty, fiber and protein packed breakfast bowl that's sure to keep your beller full for hours and satisfy any sweet craving. This breakfast bowl is layered with quick- rolled whole oats, sprinkled with cinnamon, two drops of vanilla, optional dash of salt and boiling water, covered and set for a minute. Then covered with greek yogurt and topped with coconut shreds, flax seeds, sesame seeds, granola and bits of mini semi-sweet dark chocolate chips. This bowl can be changed up to suit your tastebuds! Just be sure to load that fiber and protein, not the sweet bits๐Ÿ˜‰
