Super annoyed with myself right now. I am not 100% sure, but I think I strained a muscle in my chest/side. It hurts pretty bad when doing workouts on my back/front like back bows and such. It's been about a week of this so I've been walking instead of FB workouts. Even some lower body things like burpees hurt so it's just safer to do walks right now.... On week two or returning to FB 😐
Hoping it goes away in a week or two... Anyone have experience with strained muscles?
I don't specifically remember hurting that area, but I know I did an intense upper body video a couple days before the pain started.
But it's not raining right now, so off on my walk I go!!
