Reach Challenge Day 8a and update!

so since we had problems with videos playing yesterday morning i moved that video to today - a plus restorative pilates workout for a strong foundation - one i never would have done before!

also - where im going for PT i know the girl who does marketing for them so she was able to get me in for this Friday instead of having to wait until July 1st! yay!

i need it because my range of motion on my right side is limited and i cant lay on my right side or stomach( or its all in my head im not sure...)
