Reach Challenge Day 8

so since we were having issues with videos loading this morning(didnt even think to logout and in!) i went to youtube and did day 2 of the 3 day flexibility challenge - which is yoga and pilates.

i am certainly not flexible and i cant lay on my right side - and my right side is too tight to even do a bridge! though i found if i just used my left leg i could get higher but i did find i can lift my right leg now on its own laying on my left side!(just a few days ago i had to pull it up with my hands!)

so i moved the video that i was supposed to do today - a plus pilates and breathwork video to tomorrow- definitely out of my comfort zone but now is the time to do these things!
