Let’s talk warm ups, Fitness Blender family.
Do you always include a warm up before your main workout? Have you ever found motivation for the rest of your workout right in the middle of a warm up? Or have you had the experience of giving the warm up a try, and deciding that rest was the better option?
We’re always advocating for listening to our bodies, and one of the best ways to do that is to start with a great, focused warm up activity. In fact, a warm up is an essential part of any good workout, but it can also play a bigger role in your motivation and how hard you can safely push yourself during your actual workout.
So, with this in mind, we just released this new, free workout, Feel Good Cardio Burst - Warm Up Cardio Workout. We hope you love it, and will be able to incorporate it into your exercise or activity schedule.
We’ve got some new FB Plus workouts coming out later this week (tomorrow and Wednesday), so be on the lookout for them.
Oh, and we wanted to say thank you once again for your understanding when we were making some updates to the website on Friday. FB Plus users can now:
➣ Add custom workouts to your Routines! Please note routines cannot be edited once finalized and scheduled on the calendar, but you can add custom workouts to any newly-created routine or existing draft routine.
➣ Track rest day completes on any day. If you have an easy custom workout (like a nice walk) or a short Fitness Blender stretching video, you can now mark these as rest days complete.
