Ok, it's another week of busyness around here, so I'd better get to it!
What workouts do are you starting your week off with, Blenders? Or is it a rest day for you?
No rest for the weary here: I've got dogs to walk, plants to tend, and chickens to chase! And also a lower body/HIIT/core combo that I hope to get to later today.
And anything delicious happening on the food front, Blendfriends? What's gracing your menus today?
We're having grilled chicken gyros. Super excited about that!
