After 14 years, I finally donated plasma again. I used to donate frequently but was advised to stop when I wanted to get pregnant.. then life happened and I did not return.. untill today.
Bloodpressure was fine, hemoglobine as well and my weight was the same as 14 years ago (it has flucuated a bit in those years, but happy that I am at pre pregnancy weight)..
Are there other donors here? How does it work in your country? Here it is voluntary. Plasma once a fortnight or blood 5 times per year for men, 3 for women.. you do get plenty of liquid and a cookie if you want to :)
