Hiit or strength first?


When y’all are combining videos, do you like to do hiit first or strength first? (E.g. If I’m going to work my core, or if it’s leg day, etc.) do you like to do a hiit video and then a strength routine, or strength first then Hiit?

I there any benefit to doing it in a certain order? 🤷🏼‍♀️ Just wondering! Thanks!
