as someone whos mind is always busy thats one of things i dislike about yoga - i cannot shut my mind off i just think about my grocery list etc - but since this was only 8 minutes i just listened to kellys calm voice ❤️
might need to do this at work haha
also this morning when i got up no "morning meltdown"! - since last friday every single morning when i got up i was almost on the floor in pain for about 10 minutes until i got moving and took meds - i mean i was stiff this morning but pain was maybe a 4 compared to a 20! so yay!
