Hi. When I use the MS Edge browser or Firefox or Chrome try to view a video on the site I get this error:

Error Code: MEDIA_ERR_UNKNOWN

Session ID: 2021-06-06:9ef849052849fc5d8ab52e77 Player Element ID: vjs_video_3

Only way I can view the video is by clicking on 'View on YouTube'. Any suggestions on how to get around this?
