A review of last year and the joy of stats

I have been a FB member since 2012 and therefore became an active person with Daniel and Kelly. Using only programs by FB, I love that I'm having an excellent equilibrium between intensity levels and body parts, year after year. Sure, working out is not mainly about numbers, but for me, stats are helpful for motivation and addressing imbalances. Do you personally use these inputs? If you do, how so?
