FB Fit R3 - Day 6 Complete!

Today's scheduled recovery workout was a stretching routine with Kelli - another favorite. Several hours of walking plus moving throughout the day helped loosen up the muscles and decrease stiffness/soreness before relaxing with Kelli's stretching routine in the late afternoon (it might be repeated this evening :) ).

Depending on the weather tomorrow there might be more walking or a picnic or maybe even kayaking or cycling, or perhaps simply vegging and resting up for Monday's long, intense 5/5 HIIT workout with Daniel...TBD. ;)
