Reach Day 4 - complete!

so today was a yoga stretch session with a strap, towel etc. i used a sweatshirt . i definitely have never done anything like it! (NSV- i actually put my workout clothes on instead of staying in my pjs!)

also i keep seeing walking as a good exercise for sciatica so yesterday and today i also did kellys walking video! i feel like i might do it often to keep moving!

and.. my fitbit scale says i lost 0.2% bodyfat - i mean i know they say to switch up your workout routine but this is rediculous! 😂
