And wow, let me tell you, it was SO sweaty!! I lifted heavy (except for the bulgarian split squats in the end) and I actually sweated much more than with most cardio or HIIT workouts.
This is definitely an underestimated, only strength workout for the lower body! And it's all low impact. Amazing how much it can make you sweat without any jumping at all.
