Another day of movement + two days no dining out. YAY!

Today ---- I'm moving. And, that was my goal. Sipped some iced dandelion tea before and during and after my upper body/core workout, and I'm feeling energized and proud of myself for moving and fueling my body.

Also proud of myself for eating at/from home the last two days. I'm already less bloated in my midsection :D
