I am very much confused by seeing workout programs and meal... I just want your support to buy. Please help me choose, let me tell you about me-

I'm 17 year old male, BMI-34.7 (obese), height- 182 cm and weight- 110-115kg. I'm a student and need to study hard all day. I'm pre-diabetic also so I need to start weight loss journey. My goal is to lose 30-35 kg. I want your guidance with it.
