FB Fit R3 - Day 5 complete!

Waking up a few hours earlier than planned was serendipitous - got to enjoy a favorite LB strength training with glute activation and pilates burnout with Kelli before spending the entire day working with the hands in an unplanned back/core/UB "workout" while the upper body is already a little sore in a good way from yesterday's many push-ups, lol! ;)

The EC HIIT wasn't in the cards for today - with the overall amount physical expenditure today it would have been too much.

Really looking forward to tomorrow's stretching recovery workout and a day of resting up before tackling the brutal HIIT workout planned for Monday (and assuming some mods will be happening ;)).

Outdoor recreational sports season is finally here, which means FB Fit R3 will likely take longer to complete in order to not overtrain.
