Injuries, Setbacks, and Getting Back Into Exercise

Unfortunately, we all experience injuries or other setbacks at some point during our fitness journeys. How we handle these challenges, and how we handle getting fully back into exercise once we’re ready, is key.

One thought to keep in mind, although it can be difficult to accept or fully appreciate, is:

“When you're coming back from a long break, you should basically not assume anything about your body or it's capabilities.”
