How are you all doing today? How has your week gone?

I hope all's as well as it can be!

And I hope you're looking forward to the weekend too! You're in for a treat with our weekend guest host: Lea! Be ready for all kinds of awesome and fun adventures from her corner of the world! And Lea: thanks a million for hosting!

Now about today: I've been dealing with both computer and internet issues all week, so this will be yet another to-the-point check-in.

Workouts or rest day today?

I'm hoping to finish out the week with an upper body and core combo. Not sure which one just yet.

And what's on the menu for today, Blendfriends?

Not a clue! Something that doesn't require using the stove as it's supposed to be super hot today.
