I hope you're all doing well or as well as you could be. I thought it would be interesting to ask this question for the fun of it.
Which would you guys say is "more fun" and "easier to handle": pulsing lower body exercises (squats, lunges, etc) or pulsing upper body exercises (rows, presses, etc)?
For me personally I find it harder to pulse my upper body and see just how strong I can be. My lower body is stronger and "more fun" because it's a lot easier to handle. I feel like I could sit in a squat all day. No pun intended. 😂
