What do you do ...

when the heat is not only stifling, but also humid? I have done my workouts faithfully, but my word, I was one sweaty mess with last night's yoga/Pilates workout! I'm pretty sure I was brighter than a tomato. Of course, my lungs flared up beforehand, so that was no help. =/

Do you push through, tone it down, or take it easy?

I keep thinking of friends and family who were in the military and deployed to the Middle East. They had to trudge along with 50 to 100 pounds worth of gear! So, I really shouldn't complain. =)
