1 Year Anniversary with FB!

I'm a couple days late, but as of June 1st, I just reached my 1 year anniversary with FB!

While generally active in my job, the only exercising I did previously was hiking and rock climbing on weekends. I grabbed FB Fit R2 while it was 70% off, and ever since then I was sold. The programs were what kept me consistent this whole year, for the first time in my life. While some months were better than others (my Dec. and May were a little eek with the end of the school semesters), but I always bounced back the next month rather than stopping entirely, which is what would happen before. My body has learned to start craving movement, and if I have too many rest days, or days sitting at a desk, I can hear myself saying, "I need to work out and move!" A year+ of COVID has reminded me that you don't have much if you don't have your health. So thanks to everyone on the FB team for helping me stay healthy and well! Here's to many more years!
