Reach Challenge Day 2 - complete!

so.. i had to do low impact and modify quite a bit - for instance cant lay on my right side or lift my right leg lying down so replaced the side leg lifts with another set of kneeling reverse leg lifts and yes i did the yoga cool down except i cant lay on my stomach so skipped that

as i am a routine/schedule person half my problem is being out of my routine! so it definitely felt good to move again! 💪🏻
