Daily Check-in: Thursday, June 3rd

How are you all doing today?

It's Thursday, so that means a quick review on future weekend (g)hosts! Here's what Raven and I have so far:

Ok: now on to today!

What do you have going on for workouts today, Blenders? Or is it a rest day for you?

Yesterday was supposed to be a rest day from 'regular' workouts, but I really wanted to do an upper body routine. Which was somewhat difficult, as we were without internet almost the entire day. So, I simply winged it and basically did this routine: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/upper-body-strength-workout-guaranteed-muscle-burnout because I've done it so many times that I don't even need the video anymore lol. So that was my workout for yesterday. Today is FB XT: Day 15 which is lower body HIIT and core. Hopefully the internet will stay on for that.

How about some good food going on for today? Anything you're lookin forward too?

I would probably look forward to it if I knew what it was. But since I don't: I will simply look forward to food in a generic sense.
