FB Fit R3 - Day 4 Complete! :)

After yesterday's challenging HIIT/Core workout, today's non-cardio UB strength training with Daniel was pure bliss! :)

Added the EC and managed about 100 push-ups total in the combined workouts (whoop!), most full style with a few inclined ones at the end of a few of the 2nd sets towards the end of the workout, until the tricep push-ups at the very end turned into negative/positive push-ups with a rest at the bottom instead of at the top (harder than half push-ups, easier than full - very interesting to do them that way).

Feeling really good! Enjoying the noodle arms and thinking the next program to schedule after FB Fit R3 should be one with less HIIT/cardio and more traditional strength training and Pilates! :)
