I would really like a 5-6 minutes long warmup to do before upper body strength training, please! :)
I find that my shoulders and upper back aren’t always warmed up (and my slouching habit doesn’t help) and I keep getting “catches”. I do my own extra warmups and cool downs. But would be great to see Kelli/Daniel tackle this 😁
(I’ve seen TONS of upper body cool down/flexibility/stretching videos and appreciate those!)
