Suggestions needed for postpartum weight loss (c section)


Hi, everyone. I had been with FB for a year and half before I had my son through c section near the end of last year. It has been 4 months now and I’m planning to loose some baby weight safely and effectively. Any workout programme suggestions? Cardio? HIIT? Any mamas out there getting back to shape using FB workouts would to share some experiences? TIA.
