FB Fit R3 - Day 2 Complete!

There was just enough time this morning for the main workout before having to dash. It was a fun, interesting strength training with Daniel. And yes, Daniel - with the joking comment that it wouldn't be a fun workout, traditional strength training is actually *fun* for some, lol ;) - especially for the much quieter, lower-key style of workout than HIIT/cardio/bored easily where attention is split between figuring out what to do (or not dying!) and the body itself. The calmer, quieter focus and concentration of traditional strength training turns it into mindfulness/meditation as well as a good strength workout - a win, win! :D

Sadly, there wasn't enough time yet for the interesting-looking EC, maybe later today?
