Holiday workouts!!!

Hi wonderful FB community!

So the family and I are taking a much needed break, and are heading up north (we are in Perth, Western Australia) to explore Shark Bay, Ningaloo and Karrijini. We will be camping rough, with minimal access to wifi or phone signal :) Being a bit of a workout addict, I have put myself together a few short workouts in the style of the 'spartan 500' workouts - 10 different exercises, repeated for 10 repetitions, 5 rounds through, finishing with a 1 minute plank at the end. We will also be doing plenty of hiking and swimming, so I will probably space these out in between hiking days and swimming days. These are the three that I have come up with, what do you guys think?

Workout 1:

Burpees

High knees

Push ups

Lizard Hops

Jump Squats

Crunch

Pop Squat

Squat pulses

Russian Twist

Squat to Lunge

Workout 2:

Jump squats

Crunches

Squat to lunge

Jumping lunges

Plank Jacks

Back bows

Burpees

Ski to sumo squat

Push up

Pup squats

Workout 3:

Lizard Hops

Jump Squats

Push ups

Pop squat

Ski to sumo squat

Jackknife crunches

Burpees

Squat pulses

Back bows

High knees

I will add in a quick warm up/cool down to each one as well :)
