Monday workout complete! 💪

Hey all!

I just completed a workout after a week of not working out, just walking to and from work, and more walking occurred during weekend. I was feeling pretty tired today, so I just thought Id do a very light workout with my partner (he happily agreed because his back pain was starting to bother him again).

As I was scrolling through all the workouts, I felt like doing something more, get a little bit of a sweat going. So I picked one of the new lower body cardio workout, added a warm up and cooled down on my own with individual stretches and then we both did a UB/core posture workout.

The LB cardio was quite sweaty and I found that I could keep up with all the high impact versions, which made me extra happy! 🤩 So this was a signal from my body, that I need to get moving again, sir, yes sir! 🤣

I am sharing my calendar even though its not perfect as some others have. To everyone being bummed about not having the perfect calendar: ITS COMPLETELY OKAY 😊 you dont have to exercise every day, you dont have to fall to bed exhausted from exercising, you dont have to be so strict about your workout schedule when you have to prioritise other things. Thats whats happening here as well, Im prioritising work and resting more. And give my body exercise when it doesnt say "no". 😊

I hope everyone has a great start of the week! Mine was actually good, as my evalution was finally submitted!! My advisor had a word with the prof, so now Im just happy I can put it behind me. 🥳
