Goal evaluation week 21- not what you expected

Sorry, late post. I spend all day at an online convention about Parkinsons disease. I went for a walk during the lunchbreak, unfortunetly I did not make it to 50k this month.

Foodwise I did good this week, ate lots of fruit and healthy stuff. I feel pretty good.

Climbing is going really well. Sunday will be the day to challenge myself with difficult boulders. Tuesday is for technique because that day everything feels more scary (due to sore muscles?). There is an app now too to register the problems you topped. I am now at level 3, end of the year I hope to be at 4 or 4+
