Too much cardio?

I have a question. I lift weights several days a week and always have, but I do love to add some cardio in most days, as it just feels good to me and I like it.

However, is there any reason I shouldn't do that? I am trying to lose about 10 pounds, so I feel it would help, but I'm wondering if it's impeding my goals in any way.

For context, I've been working out for over 20 years, weight 155 pounds and am 5'3". I am very active overall.
