I have taken four days off my latest FB program to work on a shed renovation project with my hubbby. Multiple NSV over the past few days:
Loading/off loading heavy materials on our truck
Using a reciprocating saw to cut through thick, old wood walls
Wielding a sledge hammer to great effect
Balancing on, climbing over, stretching while working on a ladder
Having the endurance to work outside in the heat for 8-10 hours multiple days in a row.
I definitely credit FB with helping me keep my body and mind strong.
