FB Fit R3 - Day 1 Complete!

After a couple of weeks' delay, finally got to start FB Fit R3 today - yay, and feeling very grateful to be able to workout today after being sidelined by injury the past couple of weeks.

Having done this workout before in another FB program, it was even more appreciated today for the Pilates glute activation at the beginning to wake up the glute muscles and help them function properly during the LB strength training to compensate for quadriceps/hamstring dominance.

Paused after the HIIT portion to do 3/4 of the EC HIIT workout to make up for several weeks of not being able to do HIIT, and jumped back into the strength training portion totally drenched. :D

Feeling good at the end so far, and hoping to be able to do tomorrow's UB workout after all the pushups, burpees, and planks in the EC workout! ;)

Anyone else starting FB Fit R3 this week?
