What workout?

Hi to everyone here on FB. I just recently started exceeding again with you. Now my question. I don’t really want to get thinner just tone up overall. The body parts that in my opinion need the most work are my back, bum, thighs and arms. Therefor I opted for full body hiit workouts, no equipment just body weight. What workouts do you guys recommend? Should I try a different workout style? Looking forward to your answers. TIA
