Wrong Trail🤦🏻‍♀️

Did a Bored Easily upper body workout today that felt amazing! Then had a extra jolt of energy so I did a hike that had 1,000ft of elevation gain in 1 mile.🥴 Half way up I realized I was on the wrong trail🤦🏻‍♀️ Instead of doing the trail that switchbacks, I was on the one that went straight up! My heart rate was pushing 190 on the way up (192 is the safe max for my age) but I pushed through safely. Did the right trail on the way down and compared to the other it felt like a piece of cake! Made sure to do some stretches I learned from FB at the bottom and crossing my fingers for no painfully sore muscles tomorrow. All in all it was a great day, great practice for my first backpacking trip in a few days too! Do you have any fun hiking or workout stories?
