I did day 13.

I am sorry I was MIA. I had a week. And then I got totally off track. With nutrition and everything.

But I thank you guys for being here. Usually when I get off routine I have a lot of trouble getting back into working out.

One of the reasons I seem to be better at picking things up again is knowing you guys are here.
