Filming! & Overcoming insecurities/shyness

Getting ready to film a new Pilates workout for you guys! This one is going to be really good; a bit over 30 minutes, warm up & cool down & lower body obliteration in between haha. Wearing this flowy FB tank to represent my #workoutcomplete crew!!

Filming is the part of my work with FB that both makes me the most nervous, and brings me the most joy. I have to tell all of my insecurities to buzz off. I try to remember WHO it is I am doing this for & why, and I pretend like I'm talking directly to you guys (I am, in a weird way) and once I'm a couple of minutes into filming I'm totally fine and all of my nerves dissipate. I have always been horribly terrified of public speaking (racing heart, feeling faint, might lose my lunch, etc) and if you told me I would be doing this a decade ago, I would have laughed you out of the building. Here's to pushing ourselves through things that scare us in order to reach our goals! Thanks to you guys for being my motivation to do just that.
