Languishing

I started strong with Fit 3 a few days ago but today and yesterday were rough, inwardly speaking. Chalk it up to being shut up at home for 16 months.

I scheduled in some easier workouts yesterday but never got around to it, and never got around to it today either. I'm trying to acknowledge to myself that resting is ok, but sometimes my tendency when things get difficult is to push harder (as I'm sure others do as well). So resting sometimes makes me feel guilty (well, a lot of things do, actually). And probably doing something would help me feel better.

Hope everyone else is doing ok in this very weird world 🙏
